Pegasus Art – suppliers of the finest art materials since 2005. The best art shop in the South West, extensive online shop and growing programme of art workshops, classes and talks. Housed in a stunning 17th century red brick mill building next to the Stroudwater canal. I work part time for Pegasus Art programming the workshops schedule and tutors, alongside managing complete marketing support across digital, advertising, newsletter and promotional material.
A few stats: Overall increase of users by 6% every year for past two years. The website has seen an increase in tracked revenue of 20% each year since 2017. I have built a day workshop programme that includes approx 35 high quality fine art workshops with professional tutors per year.
Kate & Sam Lighting Designers – a creative duo delivering high end lighting design to well known commercial spaces such as Wahaca restaurants, Bonhams, Harrods and The Grove Hotel among others. I have worked for Kate and Sam on an ad-hoc basis writing vivid copy and proof reading their latest brochure. I recently wrote a press release for a trade publication.
Luna Loves Willow – talented willow sculptor, Zoe, teaches workshops and takes commissions in the Cotswolds. Supporting her to grow her business has been a real pleasure. Zoe asked me to begin a rolling digital campaign to help her gain awareness of her workshops, which has steadily grown each month (monthly reporting included) and now includes corporate away days, commissions for garden pods, community projects, gift vouchers and more.
A few stats: Tripled Facebook and Instagram followers in six months, building a profile and audience engagement. Introduced online shop, newsletters and increased workshop attendance by 50%. Building a hit list and achievable strategy for a long term business.
Cambray Design – I work as a copywriting freelancer for an agency in Cheltenham on an ad-hoc basis. Lead generation adverts, Facebook adverts, blogs and website content keeps me busy.
CB Hire – This established family business works with hotels, estates, caterers and private families offering event and crockery hire, everything from Summer balls to private events. This client requires both digital and content elements in order to generate traffic to the website.
Sarah Gillard Artist – Digital marketing support for a fine artist selling originals, prints and greetings cards. Optimising her social media sites for e-commerce opportunities.
Print Day in May – a global collective of printmakers originating in California. Over forty countries participate in a studio printmaking event on the first weekend in May every year. Sponsored by some of the finest printmaking suppliers in the industry including Cranfield Colours, the Japanese Paper Place and Speedball art supplies. A purely digital campaign, the main aim is to bring awareness to this project globally, attracting over 41 countries and huge engagement figures through hashtag campaigns, interviews, advertising, sponsorship and competitions.
A few stats: During my six month tenure of this project, artist from all 50 US states, 60 different countries and all 7 continents participated! In one record month alone the Facebook advertising gained 11K post reach, 3.5K engagements, 1700 new page likes. I signed up three new sponsors and built a hugely successful hashtag campaign #PDIM2019
Authentic Adventures – a boutique travel agency specialising in walking, singing, painting and culinary holidays. My Italian language skills meant I could travel regularly to some very beautiful destinations. Whilst at Authentic Adventures, I implemented Gastronomic Holidays, secured national coverage in The Daily Mail, regional coverage including a four page feature in Cotswold Life.
